Nuisances Penal CodeCh II Offences affg. person & property

1. Selling adulterated
flour, pipe , bean
, bones etc.

. A suffers the spouts
of his house to be ,
whereby B's damaged.

3. Lessee overcharges his
loan with , which
falls through.

4. A. sells grass on his
land to B, who cuts it
& leaves it there to rot.

5. A having a way
over B's land, he ploughs
it.

6. One A. stops a highway,
so that B. has to go by
a longer & more difficult
way & loses his business.

7. Ancient lights. A builds
a new house & sells the adjoining
land to B. who builds
to stop A's lights:

8. A sells the house to B;
& then erects another
on the adjoining land,
so as to stop the lights.

9. Case 7. A buys back
the land & house of B. before
action.

10. One keeps hogs or
other noisome animals
or keeps a lime kiln, taming
bats, tallow chandler
– or obstructs a prospect.
