§. 11. Punishment
1.
General punitive remedy,
where no special
one is appointed,
mulct. pecuniary
2.
Exceptions
1. Where delinquent's pecuniary
circumstances
do not admit of it.
2. Where the delinquent
punished would be indemnified
by persons
connected with him
in the sinister interest.
3.
In the case of the punitive
remedy, mulct
observe the limitations.
1. On the side of excess.
2. On the side of deficiency.
