TREASONS
Carnally knowing the Wife of the Mona King being, or of a Man standing being nearer
than fourth in succession to the Crown, at the time of such carnal knowledge
Carnally knowing a Female standing nearer than fourth in succession to the Crown
at the time of such carnal knowledge — Imprisonment for Life.
Doing any act with intent to occasion the King's Death Imprisonment or deposition Death.
Consulting with others how to occasion the King's Imprisonment or Death.
To consult with or assist the subjects of a foreign power foreigners designing to invade by force the King's dominion
Assistance may be by arms accompanying in a warlike posture, by advising, by
giving intelligence, by conveying money warlike Stores, & sustenance provisions [for an army or fleet] or
money or money or any other goods.
To adhere to the King's Enemies after they are declared such by Proclamation
Adherence to enemies may be by residing among them by accompanying them or appearing for them in a warlike position, by advising,
by giving intelligence, by conveying furnishing <add>sending Troops</add> warlike Stores & or sustenance, towards by & conveying sending
