LARCENY LAW x FACT 2 EMBEZZLEMENT.
Commonly it might be taken to subsist, and if when nothing more appeared, a Jury might be right
in inferring it: but universally it cannot, as we see, by in the instances last alledged ] &
therefore was not fitting to be established by a maxim of law.
LARCENY When I ask for a Definition of [the word] Larceny, I wish to have such an account of the Acts comprized under that Title, whereby I may them from others that resemble them yet not so much as [also] to be comprized under it — An account given in language which those who may are apt to be exposed to the temptation of committing them may understand.
