I take it for granted there would be deemed to be in the
same predicament with Wreck th because they are within
the same rule, tho' they are not specified either by Hale
or Coke
as they included in the popular Idea [of
[Wreck] tho' not in the legal
their diversity from it, & the consequent
the necessity of specifying them was probably
overlooked by those writers; tho' that diversity
was established by a Report of Sr Edw. Coke's
publication, which the more sagacious industry
of the A. of the
Commentaries
has collected
— & applied.

The more we try to fix this Idea, the more it's unsteadiness trace a source of distinction becomes apparent.
