4. C Of Irreparable Personal Injuries

1. The Eyes.

3. The Hands; and in general any portion of the upper extremities
amounting to one or more Joints.
4. The Feet; and in general any portion of the lower extremities
amounting to one or more Joints.

V Punishment.

If any one without lawful cause(A) be concerned(B) in inflicting
on any other an irreparable personal Injury
or mischief in the direct intention(C) of(D) inflicting, on that or any
other person, the same or any other equal or greater irreparable personal
Injury his Punishment shall be as follows;
