Real Property Commission Answer

On the subject of the law of property with a
view to the objects the attainment of which ought to be endeavoured
in two potions of the field of law will (it will be seen) require to be kept in view which howsoever
related and each connected are nevertheless perfectly
distinct from each other, and even distant.

One is what commonly goes by the word seems commonly to be designated justice – Civil
justice the other political eco having for its objects or ends
in view the prevention of disappointment in relation to property
and the other several other elements of the matter of prosperity;
the other political economy to which head of
art and science belongs those belongs the matter of law the laws
in so far as the ends aimed at are subsistence, abundance,
and practicals equality in so far as this latter
be an object towards which any approaches are thought
proper to be made
