Real Property Commission Answer

On this occasion and for this purpose comes the necessity
of bringing to view in conjunction three words each of them as familiar
as any which the stock of language furnishes but which when thus
put together will constitute be found to compose an appellation altogether novel
and as such out of hope of not being found appalling.
Disappointment prevention principle such is this same
appellation. To the idea which the appellation will be found
to indicate I behold the sole but that abundantly superior
reason for the regard is whatever regard is paid to that fictitious but not less
respectable and necessary which in civil cases has received the
sacred name of justice.

Every principle of justice – first principle of justice – vested
rights. Familiar as they are all these locutions are as yet
words without ideas, signs without things signified. By
the half of those two words disappointment and prevention
one might almost say by the single word disappointment
ideas and those clear ones may for the first time be attached
to those same imposing phrases every principle of justice
the very first principle of justice.

Alas! what a host of adversaries not to say enemies
but serial enemies in much greater number the declared adversary
will use the adventurous phrase spring up. So by as the character or plan
of argument nonsense is accepted nonsense will be uttered.
Nonsense in the shape being at the command of every body the
masses bit excepted will be uttered by every body: from
those who have no other hope among this, they remain mute.
