I As to the purpose for which I take all this liberty
which is or that which has been already mentioned; that which
it is not is the imputing blame to you or any of you
for the acceptance of the situation the of the nature of which

Under These things considered I have been labouring
hard to render it possible for me to persuade myself that on
the part of the high functionaries whoever they were are by whom
