By a Livery-Stable keeper shall be meant any such
Livery-Stable- Keepers person, as is in use for gain to furnish Lodging for Horses
together with orprovisions for them to be consumed by them
at his own house; but without provision for mens any persons
or lodging, unless it be for such as have charge for
Horses or other beasts of burthen Lodging there. The
Tenement so occupied is a Livery Stable.

Qu? By a Suttler shall be meant any such person as
Suttlers is in use for gain to furnish Provisions Meat or
drinks [any kind of taxable] drink to Military persons
only of a particular corps.

Alehouse Keepers By an Alehouse- keeper shall be meant any such
person as is in use,
