In regard to those particular interests that stand in the way of general ones,
there are two wrong courses to be avoided keep clear of: one is to shut ones eyes turn aside from
the impediment bar obstacle and refuse to recognize admitt acknowledge the existence of it: the other
is to make it an object of passion and blind antipathy: the first one
is not unconnected consistent with prudence: the nor the other with justice.

What? no disinterested or rather interested adviser, having that
an interest and consequently one wish with the legis friend guardian of the people people and their guardian the legislature,
is no such person to be found anywhere? No indeed: my Lord,
the soil furnishes no such stock: and therefore it is that I would
