Scotch Reform J.B. to Scotland the People
1. Ld G's mind not applied to it. 2. Projector's object, not extirpation.
3. Had extirpation been apprehended, no Project from that quarter. The project
introduced here is an opportunity such as the people ought not to suffer to pass
unimproved.
4. In Administration, disposition proved. But without support from the proper
Administrator, can not fight the lawyers. It is for you to give that support.
Say to Adm. Carry to the utmost the benefit which Parlt. approves of: which
Parlt. as far as it durst has given us.
