remedy given in the way of appeal against final judgment
is adequate to the covering the whole of the mischief capable of being done by an interlocutors
whether preceding it or substituted to it, Your Lordship
will already have judged: and as to he remedy composed of
costs that will come was immediately to be considered
costs considerations tending to show the inefficacy of it will presently
be submitted to Your Lordships notice.
