Scotch Reform To Ld Grenville

The broad principle admitted established many arrangements
of detail – more than your Lordship would expect or wish to see dwell upon in the plan
of detail might be added to assist strengthen or soften the application
of it.

1. On the occasion as on another the other already mentioned
the case of irreparable damage, and the enquiries made other
operations necessary for preventing it must be presumed
to have been made, the securities necessary to be to have been taken
the operations performed.

2. Sequestration in , if not agreed upon

the Court: in a pecuniary the interest, if the length of time makes it
an object, may at any rate be paid over to the plff
