Adjective not in constant demand for Notification.
Upon taking casting a glance at on the several Sections which take
their title from a distinct particular class, we may observe
that the provisions in thesem Sections are of such a
nature as that (with exception to Trustees to whom
their office is but an occasional occupation) the a person
of belonging respectively to those classes are is under an obligation to have them
present for a constancy to his in his minds: at least to is
must <add>ought</add> to have he thus to be master of every provision at the conjuncture
when he is about to exercise that branch of his occupation
which is regulated by it — It is not the same
with those of the last Section. He who means not obeys

A Principle of distinction so thus simple & also thus obvious,
which has its so obvious a reason belonging to it for fixing it in
the memory, when once apprehended, seems to be in
no danger of being forgotten.
