deputable by them to be approved of & dischargeable

Such deputyies shall cause to be enter'd in a Book

providing if both of them be unknown to the Tollgatherer an order signed by the Clerk specifying

such accounts at all reasonable hours, on penalty

every time of refusal." each refusal.
