or in confederacy with an Informer

Majority sufficient v. 27 G.2- 16. §3.</lb> As often as it is said that a certain number
of Trustees are impower'd to do an Act, it
is meant that such a number at the least
shall be present: but a majority of such number
shall be sufficient to make the resolution for the purpose valid,
and the minority disapproving shall notwithstanding shall notwithstanding their disapprobation
sign with the majority. The number present being specified the ( a number as shall appear to be) signature of the majority shall be sufficient. That it is meant amajority should be sufficient, may be confirmed from this that the number specified in the Act is always an odd one.

No part of Article in this Act shall be deemed to be repealed
by any subsequent act unless it be by an express

of repeal, if in a local Act, words of containing a clause of non-obtain
