False Grammar. I should be sorry to be that boy at Westminster
School that should write or every owners:

It is more consistent; & it has the sanction of usage

by a figure of speech stated in Greek Hyperbaton, & in English confusion

usage is can be sufficient to palliate the absurdity of
heaping up still more terms of universality after [every]
has been used. employ'd.

The expression redundancy however consecrated by usage
is as absurd as it is unnecessary.
