of these two words
"Trustee" & "Commissioner"
occurrs is , the
other is inserted also
on the part of the Deft.

[][] If "Trustee" & "Commissioner they are Terms not perfectly convertible
Terms , is faulty : if they are
one of them is in every other clause superfluous.

It is enough to make a person stare who is not perfectly
apprized of the identity of the two terms, & consequently
of the redundancy of one of them [1]
