I. 2. .78. v. 11, 56, 57.

According to the exception in this Section Waggons
may be drawn with 5 or 7 Horses all in a
line contrary to the intent of it.

3. § 2, 3, 6

The operation of the exceptions in this had by the 2 &
3 Sections extends no lower than only to the 6th Section
besides.

4. § 1. 2, 6

Classes Sections prescriptive of Extent are in Sect. 2d
limitation of § 1 & of § 6.

5. § 2

The Clauses in this exemption from the Penal Toll
for over-weight is taken away here if meant
to be taken away at all, only indirectly & by
implication - "The Regulations shall not extend." ( To the
Waggons in question)." but that the same shall pass upon paying
1/2 the Tolls payable for others — viz: to prevent their passing upon paying
so much: but nothing is said to prevent exempt them from being
weighed.

11 §. 8

The 8th concludes with intimating an exception; + + except as herein after mentioned but it is hard for which, at
