To be copied Author has laid down his definition should
seem to be the case, then it must follow,
that every man is to judge for himself, in
what cases he is to obey the law, and in what
cases he may dispense with his obedience.
And therefore it would follow, that the Legislature has not, in any case, a right of enforcing obedience to it's resolutions. "Obedience
