This Crime has for the objects of it's primary mischief in the first place other Ship Navigators the
Plunder'd ship, and usually of also a distinct set of people, the owners upon Land for Merchants of the
it's secondary the Ship some such people of the respective denominations of people as trade to that traffic in that quarter of the that
