The Punishment for assuming disguise (not with for the sake
of diversion) may be the blacking ening the face all
over after the manner of the lesser stigmatization
And this is capable of being added to the Punishment
for other Principal Crimes when actually committed
The letters characteristic of these the respective offences
might be executed in red.
