I shall call them Accessory -ies of [in] the first, & for
3d remove and so on, as the case is, numbering
them from the Principal.
Why numbers in this way
This course of numbering them I shall call
the direct: giving to the opposite one the
appellation of inverse:

by Judicial decisions concerning
what is & what is
not a taking — The King
ought to give their indecision decide it by their
determination particular, as it is,
in each case — otherwise we
shall have (at least if future Judges
copy from their predecessors)
a taking in Law which nobody
understands to be a taking; &
not a taking in Law which every
body understands to be one. nor
any put the matter more out of doubt than it
already by the word .
The use of the Law is, that
people may be persuaded, if
they [unlawfully] take a thing which they have in they shall
