PUNISHMENT FORFEITURE. Tralatitious consequences where saved.
In the saving of the consequences of Forfeiture by
several Statutes the following varieties are
observable —
By 31. Eliz. C. 4. § 2. 1st. & 1. 4. 4. 3 & 1. 4. 18
all inflicting single Felony, & by that of 8. G. 2. 20. which
inflicts Felony without benefit of Clergy they are all saved:
By 8. Eliz. C 3. 3. & 3 Ann 20.35 Corruption of Blood & Loss of Dower only are saved By 1 & 1. 31. 4. Corruption of Blood & Forfeiture of is saved
together with what is peculiar to this single Statute + + not so, for the like is by 2 & 3 = 6. c. 2y. Buggery
Forfeiture of Goods. By 2 & 3d /a, 20. 35.
Corruption of
I've no reason to think any of these omissions were made
by design —
