Hundredors. Cl. Pacis. The 35. prescribes duties to all persons rateable to Hundreds —
it prescribes duties & gives powers to Clerks
of the Peace & to Trustees — To all those it is deliberatable
it contains Adjective provisions.

The 34th limits the description of Trustees — it contains
Adjective provisions. It is deliberatable

Publicans Victuallers The 36 limits the description of Trustees &
Officers under appointed by them by excluding
Victuallers Publicans

The 35th prescribes duties to Officers appointed under the appointment
of by Trustees, & the Exors & Adm'ors of such Officers

The 43 concerns in the same manner all the

Duties Toll-gatherers & the "Wives &
Constable Families" of Toll-gatherers deceased dead: it also gives
powers to single Justices — It is deliberatable to

35 - 45th

The 45th prescribes Duties to Toll-gatherers &
Surveyors it gives powers to single Justices & single
Trustees.

36 - 46th

Parishioners rateable Impromptuary to Justices. The 46th limits the powers of Justices acting in
the Poor Laws — it is impromptuary to them.

37. 47th.

The 47th prescribes Duties to Constables Surveyors
Note Toll-gatherers, & all such persons as being employd by receive Salaries or rewards
from Trustees — to all of whom it is impromptuary:
it gives them concern by general words
with all the rest of the Act.

38. 48th

The 48th which is all Adjective limits powers of persons Informers per quos &
prescribes them duties: & is to them deliberatable it gives powers & prescribes
duties to such Justices: it concerns owners of the carrages
in question as persons per quibus: it is deliberatable impromptuary
to all but Justices

39. 49th

The 49th discharges evidences & Justices from certain disqualifications

to act respectively as such in any matter
mentioned in the act: it thereupon concerns every all denominations
of persons, & is impromptuary to all. They are to be looked upon as impromptuary, if necessary & be made known at all: which may be doubted, and a thing so inserted, only to expell a doctrine of Common-Law, of which in this instance a Layman would hardly look for this example to see exemplified

40. 50th

The 50th limits powers of all persons to whom it is impromptuary in general: it
prescribes some of the same duties the same once more as in the 47th
To Constables — to those thus far it is impromptuary — it
gives powers to single Justices to whom it is
impromptuary deliberatable is also to Surveyors to whom it
prescribes duties.

41. 51 — 50

From the 51st to the 50th 60th inclusive are taken up
by provisions purely Adjective: except the 50
which assigns the commencement for the whole
The 60th & last is taken up with the repealing of the former
Laws on the subject.
