Notoriety of the Whole System when enacted provisionally by Authoritative publication for a year before final enactment —
To be printed in a Column or 2 Columns at a time In the Newspapers + + London & Provincial And Magazines
Authoritative Advertisements for Petitions against it the whole or any part. — Essay on
the Virtue of the Public Voice — Utility & importance of Newspapers — folly in affecting to despise them
Notoriety Wisdom of Instructing Members condemned after final enactment by Advertisement in the news-papers for persons
to provide themselves with the Particular Codes of which a Catalogue was then to be given
i:e: the Index of Persons Laws even of Plans of Division are hung up in them

Notoriety of Particular decisions to be extended — by enlarging Building New Courts of Justice
