Who so blinded by an interested zeal as not to be are not ashamed of
urging the charge of rapacity
against man for putting in a petitioning for the a capacity
for those emoluments of which themselves are
fighting for the monopoly in possession.
SUBSCRIPTION.
Indifferent it may be whether a man does or does
not believe it: but it can never be indifferent
whether a man shall be forced to declare solemnly say so:
that he does so:
Nay the more entirely is indifferent the more perilous
the dispute of which a man is thus constrained
to take one certain side, the more opprobrious is
the insult to human reason, & the greater the degradation
of whose who must submitt to it.
