Its The very professors which it has of the most important Sciences go to Edinburgh or come from there. I mean not its' Professors whose title to that name resides in the Gold, (the reward of violated stipulations) which they secure — Of such the soil of itself always produces a pell-crop in perfect plenty

Genius's became illustrious in a froth of &c

instructive than [that of] the willing persecution
of him when living

The example of &c
shews that Science may be attained sufficient for every
purpose of merit & of success without the sacrifice
of either their sincerity or their reason.
