This is the Lumping Classifiers device carried to its highest
pitch of Efficiency and perfection: the term employed by him
being of the most ample extent which the language of the subject
affords: such as for instance The Law, The Government, The Constitution.

Bring to view a defect in any of the systems arrangement belonging to any one so denominated
the man of fallacy, the man of fallacy to the name of the particular
arrangement substitutes the name of the most extensive
name of the system to which the arrangement belongs. He thereupon exclaims
you are an enemy to Law, to Government, or to the Constitution,
as the case may be: and under the shelter of the fallacy
he himself acts as your enemy, and by the power exercised by
him under the name of Law, Government and Constitution, plunges
you perhaps into immediate misery terminating only in death.
