for public service.
With or without commission,
fabricator
fabricates the bad shilling

thence punishment
and other preventive
applications necessary
to outweigh neat
profit.
2. He The intention in which it was made fabricated, was
that of being rendered conducive subservient to the public service.
With or without commission, in the way of experiment,
the operator in question made the bad shilling in question
along with other bad shillings, for the sake of ascertaining purpose of calculating
the cheapest and best mode of making them the expense and profit of
that profit, and thence amongst other things the quantity and quality of the countervailing punishment
which in conjunction with other preventive
measures it might be advisable to have recourse employ
to, together in company with other preventive measures.
