§.4. Churchmen's sinister interest

In these circumstances it is his interest to do
to bar Catholics therefore his is worth nothing

In these circumstances it is the interest of the Churchman
to do what he can towards supporting and propagating
the following opinions

interest engages a Churchman

1. That where in a case cases insincerity may to an
unlimited extent be practiced without possibility
of detection, (especially for particularly to any such purpose as that
of punishment or general ,) rewards,
for attached to the practice of such insincerity, (rewards
amounting to rising as high as to an income
several times greater than what is allotted to a an Minister
of state by whom the whole business of the empire is
directed,) have no tendency to produce insincerity it;

1. Detection-proof Insincerity practically
to an unlimited extent

certain course of conduct being conformed to being is bestowed, and
in the event of its not being conformed to departure from that course's being avoided is not bestowed,
