Were it possible that of what is thus without thought is
thus attempted to be done should the only whole of it at
once be present to thought, it would be seen that the enterprize
folly absurdity weakness of the madman lunatic who by a motion of his
straw compounded sceptre disposes so it seems to him of
the present fate of the existing generation multitude is yet inferior in
the scale of folly absurdity to that of the King Monarch who with a
sceptre of more splendid line undertakes to determine
the lot the conduct and the fate of generation after generation without end —
