About twenty years after that Ao 1806 came on
Lord Grenvilles plan for the amelioration of Scottish Justice,
and thereupon in [some of] those seats in which. when the requisite
when the indispensable obsequiousness is not wanting
so long as no deficiency is perceived in the ever indispensable
obsequiousness, the faculty of doubting is received admitted as
a substitute for the faculty of deciding, is "double" with
