The same individuals by who at one point
of time occupy the position from which whence they
receive their denomination of the Ins, occupy at
another time that opposite position from which
gives the denomination to the Outs. In the difference
between position and position, and not in any difference
in point of character as between individual and
individual is must therefore be sought whatsoever difference
there may be in the different degree in respect of the number and
variety of the fallacies they are respectively were in the
habit of making use of giving employment to.

whosoever finds himself in the position of occupied

immense stock mass of abuses and other imperfections in
which the defence of which he finds himself not only merely
invited but compelled constrained to be incessantly occupied:
