men, consistency
on this or on any
other occasion, not
naturally entire: thence
now and then an
Out will be seen opposing
and exposing
a fallacy.
Not that in the corps thus as it were embodied
any such strict discipline can constantly be i
not that any such steady and confli constantly compleat perfect comprehension
and [constantly] steady pursuit of self regarding
interest can in any such artificial political body any
more than natural body person be maintained, as to
produce a compleat and universal abstinence from
all observations the tendency of which would be
to expose these fallacies, to bring them into disrepute
and thus render them unfit for uses for in evil
as well as in good consistency is among the rarest
of all human qualities endorsements.

are feeble, irregular,
uncorrected, incompleat:
hence the
demand for this
work
But it is only in here and there a scattered
instance, and in those instances with a very inferior
degree of fire that obs very much inferior to
that with which they are capable of being urged
that under such circumstances on the these above
observations of the this tendency in question have been
presented urged: and it in the deficiency thus indicated
and accounted for is to be seen whatsoever demand
was left remaining for the present work.
