as a matter of considerable inconvenience just cause of regret, that
of the immense mass of interesting intelligence which
this flourishing and commercial kingdom enlightened and commercial nation affords,
so small a part should be within the reach of those
of any one of those the immense prodigious number of individuals to whom the possession of the
whole of it might be matter of constant an inexhaustible a nourishing source of convenience
