Societies for the prosecution of delinquents felons.
Whence the occasion of such societies? How
comes the expence of this sort of proceeding to be
too good for a private purse. How much of this
expence is natural and ? – how much
of any factitious resulting from the undesigned imperfections
of legal procedure, or addition knowingly and
willfully made by taxes to the weight of the expence.
