§.8. Provided always, that Persons in Partnership, and carrying on the Trade and
Business of a Pawnbroker in one House, Shop, or Tenement only, shall not be obliged
to take out more than one Licence, in any one Year, for the carrying on such
Trade or Business.

§.4. Provided always, and be it further enacted. That Persons in Partnership
and carrying on their Trade and Business in one House or Shop only, shall
not be obliged to take out more than one Licence in any one year for carrying
on such Trade; and no one Licence, which shall be granted by Virtue of the
Act, shall authorise or impower any Person or Persons, to whom the same
shall be granted, to make, build, construct, or sell any of the Carriages hereinbefore
mentioned, in any other House or place than the Houses or places where he,
she, or they did make, build, or construct the said Carriages at the time of
granting such licence.

§.5. Provided also, and be it further Enacted, That upon the Death of any
Person so licensed, it shall be lawful for the Executors or Administrators, or for the Wife,
a Child of such Person, to carry on the said Trade of making, building,
constructing, or selling such Carriages as aforesaid, at the same Place where such
deceased Person, by Virtue of such Licence, carried on such Trade, during the residue
of the Term for which such Licence was granted to such deceased Person, without
taking out a new Licence during the Residue of such Term.

§.5. And be in further Enacted, that Persons carrying on their Trade and Business
of an Horse Dealer in Partnership, shall not be obliged to take out more than one
Licence, in any one year, for carrying on such Trade or Business; and that no one
Licence, which shall be granted by Virtue of this Act, shall authorize or empower
any Person or Persons to whom the same shall be granted, to keep any Horse or
Horses for Sale in any other City, Town, or Place, than the City, Town, or Place,
which shall be mentioned in such Licence.

§.29. And be it further enacted, That Persons carrying on their Trade and
Business of Makers of, or Dealers in Clocks, Watches, or Timekeepers, in Partnership shall
not be obliged to take out more than one Licence in any one Year for carrying
out such Trade or Business.
