Hendon Middlesex Wed'n 13 April 1791
Dear Sir
I have received your
Coming here this afternoon from London
This afternoon and not before I
receive your letter of Monday in which you inform me
of your intention of going to Ireland tomorrow
or Friday, informing letting me without
that "the reason of your going is more
about my Panopticon"
than about a comiss
of your own. What should have
induced led you to think
put it into your head to think of going
to Ireland without any desire of mine now in/on the account of the Panopticon
or on any account of mine, is more
than I can imagine, and to prevent
all mistakes in that account, I think it

I am able. As I more did desire you
or wish you to go on my account, so matters would
I choose to honor it thought that I desired
you or any body to go there on any
account of mine: and as the bare circumstance
of your going there at this time
