Mr Bentham presents his compliments
to Mr Nepean, and begs the
favour of him to permitt the bearer
Mr Reveley who is going to Ireland to take
whatever parcels Mr Nepean has been
troubled with by Mr Bentham's
means for ad addressed to Sir J. Parnell or Major
Hobart.
