Approach

Circular Place before the
entrance for
Coaches to turn.
The circle inscribed
in the square
of which the front
of the projecting
part forms one
side.

Staircases for Prisoners

It is needless to
multiply the Staircases
for the Prisoners, as each
prisoner will have
to go up and down
but twice a day
and that for exercise.
The minute saving
of time by the
multiplication of
staircases would
not be of the smallest
use.
