— from the King's Bench to
the House of Lords—</lb>
Art.5.
The Governor should he conceive himself aggrieved by any judgment of
amotion suspension, censure or any other judgment or Order of the Court of King's
Bench in the exercise of the power thereunto attributed by this Act may Appeal to
the House of Lords: but this also without stay of execution except what concerns punishment
as aforesaid.

No evidence to be received above,
for which admittance could
have been obtained below—
Art.6.
In the hearing of such Appeal to House of Lords shall receive no
evidence other than what shall have been annexed as aforesaid to the Order of the said
Court: unless it be such as either was rejected or for want of being sooner obtainable
could not have been received by the said Court.

For frivolous Appeal to the
Lords, punishment as for
contempt—
Art.7.
In the case of such Appeal the House may in the event of its
same frivolous, add to the judgment of the Court below a sentence as for Contempt,
or Breach of Privilege, and may if the House should so please remitt the execution
of such sentence to the said inferior Court.
