6. Past Occupations -

6. Being examined touching his occupations since his age of 14, he saith that since
his arrival at the age aforesaid, he hath followed the occupation of as
abovementioned [or the several occupations of and ] and no other.
Here cause him to state the time of every such change.

7. Present above -

7. Being examined touching his present abode he saith that it is Here
cause him to give a direction at least particular enough to ensure a Letter's reaching him
by the Post.

8. Past abodes -

8. Being examined touching his past abodes since his arrival at the age of 14, he saith
Here cause him to specify his several past places of above, mentioning in
each instance the Street if in a Town and the Parish and nearest Town or Towns if in the
Coutnry.

9. Housekeepership

9. Being examined touching the fact of his being a Housekeeper he saith that he is and so
hath been ever since  : and as such hath all along made payment to divers
taxes, for certain of which, namely [ ] he hath produced to
me proper vouchers. Here also cause him to state at what former places of his abode
if any he was a Housekeeper.

10. Pecuniary sufficiency -

10. Being examined touching his pecuniary sufficiency he saith that he is worth upwards
of £100 over and above what is sufficient to pay all his just debts: and that he hath to the
clear amount aforesaid in Here cause him to state in what shape his property
to the above clear amount exists: as Household Furniture, Stock in Trade &c. But
forbear examining into his pecuniary circumstances further than is sufficient to ascertain
their extending to the above amount.

Instruction with regard to
fullness of enumeration -

NB. After every such emnumeration he hath made in respect of successive Wives, Occupations, Places
of Abode and so forth, observe to ensure the compleatness of the enumeration, by concluding
for instance, with the words and no other or others to that effect.

All which several particulars the said F.G. upon his Oath [or if a Quaker upon his
solemn affirmation] declareth to be true: in further testimony whereof he hath hereunto in my
presence subscribed his name
