9. Should the said A.W. have died before the expiration of this my year of Guardianship
and his burial have been registered any where within Great Britain, I will
within one Calendar Month of such burial produce to the Governor if it be in my power
so to do a certificate thereof.

10. Should my said Ward according to the best of my belief have died, without his burial
being registered as aforesaid, or without my being able to procure a Certificate thereof, I will
on or before the expiration of the said year or so soon after as the time of such supposed
death will allow personally appear before the Governor or his Agent as aforesaid either at the
Panopticon Penitentiary House or at the Metasylum, and then & there if duly required,
declare upon oath what I know or believe touching the time & manner of such death or
supposed death: and I consent if I do not prove, being thereunto called upon in due
course of law, that the said A.W. died within the said year or within one Calendar
Month thereof he shall be considered as not having died within that time and the penalty
of this Bond as having become forfeited in consequence. In Witness whereof
