given by the said Statute, such release will nevertheless in virtue of a Clause therein
[art.] remain liable to be revoked at any time by a Deed of Revocation executed by
the said F.G. and consented to and thereupon countersigned by me, or by any Deputy or
Successor of mine.

3. This Assignment will become void in any of the events following, that is to say:
1. The decease of the said F.G.
2. His having become insane.
3. His having ceased to be a Housekeeper within this Kingdom of Great Britain:
although if he omitt to give due notice of such cessation to the Governor, his Bondsmanship
will by Article... of Section VIII of the said Act, remain in force against
him notwithstanding.
4. His having been declared a Bankrupt.
5. His having made any general composition with his Creditors.
6. His having taken the benefit of any Insolvent Act.
7. His having been for a month together under the confinement in any prison or Prisons
within the said Kingdom.
8. His having been outlawed, or convicted of any offence of the degree of felony or sentenced
to corporal punishment other than imprisonment for less than as above.

So also in case of any notice of Recall given to the said A.P. by me or my Representative
in conjunction with the said F.G. remanding him the said A.P. to the
Metasylum.

IV. Clause in the Act inserted for the information of the Ward, shewing what he is to do
in the event of this Assignment's ceasing to be in force as aforesaid. Here insert Art...

V. Clause shewing how if not emancipated he is liable to be conveyed to the Metasylum
at any time. Here insert Act... of Sect.

NB. This Deed is to be executed not only by the Governor, but also by the Guardian
and the Ward.
