in the Conveyance of A. W. quondam Penitentiary Man, his Ward, to the Metasylum.
[County to wit] [Here mention the House] [Day Month Year]

Be it remembered that on this day before me A. J. one of his Majesty's Justices

Penitentiary House assigned to this Complainant for one year from the date aforesaid;
[as by one part of the Deed of Assignment in that behalf made, and by him the said
F. G. to me now exhibited doth appear.]

2. That in the said Deed of Assignment is a clause authorising this Complainant at

6. In consideration thereof this Complainant now prayeth me that in pursuance of the authority
given in that behalf by the said Statute Sect. VIII: Art. I would issue in his favour

through which in his way to the said Metasylum there may be occasion for the said A. W.
with or without his said Guardian to pass, requiring them to yield unto him the said F. G.
