7. Disobedience thereto

7. That notwithstanding such notice so given, and notwithstanding that the day on which,
in pursuance to such notice, the said A.W. ought to have presented himself at the said.
Metasylum is already past [or is already derived] [or is so near that were he already set out
on his journey he would not, as is apparent, be able to arrive thither in time as aforesaid]
yet the said A.W. as the said F.G. verily believes hath not yet set out on
his Journey as aforesaid but is gone to [or still remains at] [......]
On instead of paragraphs 5, 6 & 7 may be inserted as follows.

Intention of absenting suspected

5. That the said F.G. is apprehensive that if such notice as aforesaid were in the ordinary
way served upon the said A.W., leaving him free to betake himself to the said
Metasylum by the time appointed or not, as he should be advised, he the said A.W.
would instead of complying with the said notice, secrete himself and remain at large.

Warrant of Caption and
Conveyance

6. That the said Complainant is desirous and so prayeth according that in pursuance of
the authority given me in that behalf by the said Statute Sect. VIII. Art... I would, in
favour of him the said Complainant issue a Warrant of Caption and Conveyance
authorising him to convey or cause to be conveyed to the Metasylum aforesaid the
Body of him the said A.W. there to be dealt with according to the Act aforesaid: as also
a Warrant of Assistance directed to all Minsters & Officers of our Lord the King at
every Place through which in the way to the said Metasylum there may be occasion for the
said A.W. with or without his said Guardian to pass, requiring them to yield unto him
the said F.G. in that behalf all such assistance as for the safe-custody and conveyance
of the said A.W. during the said journey shall be necessary.

In consideration whereof I do hereby grant unto the said F.G. such my Warrants
which are as follows...
