relative to his attesting the re-execution of a Bond from F. G. to the said Governor &c

1. Bond—
1. A Paper marked [A] being a Bond to me from F. G. of [Place] [Occupation]

2. Wardship Assignment —
2. A Paper marked [B] being an Assignment of the Wardship of A. W. of [Plan]
[Occupation] quondam Penitentiary-Man according to the said Act.

3. Blank Certificate —
3. A Paper marked [C] being a blank Certificate to be filled up & signed by you
The same being by you received —

Requisitions
This is in his Majesty's name to require you, as by § Art. of the said
Act you are bound —
1. to attest re-execution
of Bond —
1. On application made to you in person by the said F. G. immediately thereupon to
see him re-execute in token of Renewal the said Bond marked [A] according to the Instruction
in the Instrument thereof contained subscribing your name thereto as an attesting

2. to deliver Assignment —
of Wardship —
2. That done, and not otherwise, to deliver to him the said Instrument of Assignment
marked, [B]

3. to retransmitt Bond —
3. To retransmitt to me (which you may do by Post) the said Bond when re-executed
as aforesaid.

4. and Certificate filled
up —
4. To retransmitt to me (which you may do by Post) the said Certificate marked [C]
the blanks therein contained being first duly filled up by you according to the truth of
the case, and the Paper signed by you thereupon. Witness my hand
