Panopticon Bill V Vacation Super --
Sect. V. intitled Vacation Superintendence.
Art. 1. And Whe'reas where the mischief as in

Occasional Court for super-
-intending the Governor's
conduct in the absence of
the Judges of the King's
Bench
the case of the said intended Establishment may be
great and urgent the remedy ought to be immediate,
And Whereas by reason of the Circuits or otherwise nei-
-ther the Court of King's Bench nor any Judge there-
of may for a considerable part of the year, be at hand
to administer the same, Be it Enacted, that
for the provisionary exercise of the superintending
power hereby attributed to the said Court there shall
be at all times as aforesaid an occasional or
Subsidiary Court consisting of divers persons sitting
singly in default of each other respectively, or anyone
afternamed sitting by allowance of the proper person
before-named in the order following
1. Any one Judge of the said Court of King's Bench
in the order of their precedence.
2. Any one other of the twelve Judges also in their
order of precedence.
3. His Majesty's Prime Serjeant -
4. Any other of his Majesty's Serjeants at Law in
their order of precedence.
5. Any other of the Serjeants at Law in their or-
-der of precedence.
Art. 2. Provided always, that if his Majesty should

be pleased at any time by Commission under the
Great Seal to appoint any person or persons to com-
-pose
